Gospel of John

The first 3 chapters include “the Word,” the first miracle, and the purpose of Jesus coming to this world. The remaining chapters include lessons and instruction from Jesus on how we should live.

1st & 2nd Peter

In 1st and 2nd Peter we will be focusing mainly on practical application in the believer's life. We will be covering topics such as the blessings we have as believers in Christ, how to properly respond to suffering, how we are to conduct ourselves as followers of Christ, the dangers of false teachers, and even some end times prophecy.

I Don't Have Enough Faith to be an Atheist*

This class is a follow-up to the presentations Dr. Frank Turek gave at MABC on February 16-17. The class will drill down in to further detail on the evidence that Christianity is really true with emphasis on the four questions: 1) Does Truth Exist? 2) Does God Exist? 3) Are Miracles Possible? 4) Is the New Testament Reliable? We'll conclude with the question, Did Jesus prove He is the Son of God by rising from the dead?"

Marriage — What Did You Expect?*

Somehow, someway, every marriage becomes a struggle. Everyone’s marriage morphs into something they didn’t intend it to be. At some point you need something sturdier than romance. You need something deeper than shared interests and mutual attraction. You need changed expectations, you need radical commitments, and, most importantly, you need grace. Join us as we journey through the Bible to discover how to develop a marriage of unity, understanding, and love

Young Marrieds

Do you feel like the spark is gone? Like a critical spirit has invaded your marriage? Like you want more intimacy, but something is in the way? You could be suffering from the Perfection Infection, which is what happens when we cultivate unrealistic expectations of ourselves and our spouse, gradually leading to intimacy-killing behavior, also known as the "Seven Slow Fades." That was the case for Jill and Mark Savage, and it eventually led to infidelity. In No More Perfect Marriages they speak honestly about their struggles, how they came back from betrayal, and the principles keeping their marriage strong today. They guide you in everything you need to know to kick the Perfection Infection right out and return to intimacy. In their warm, honest, personable style, Jill and Mark discuss:

·     How the Perfection Infection invades a marriage--even a good marriage

·     How to detect and correct the Seven Slow Fades

·     How to set and communicate realistic expectations

·     What to do if your spouse just won't change

·     How to guard your marriage from the Perfection Infection for good

Hurting marriages can heal, and good marriages can become great. It takes work, yes, but No More Perfect Marriages will give you the insights, language, and roadmap you need for the journey. So start today by signing up for this class!
